After graduating from Chico State, I moved to NYC where I studied and performed improv and sketch comedy at Magnet Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade, Peoples Improv Theater, Annoyance Theater, and beyond.
Now I’m bringing my classes for adults and children back to Chico.

As we get older, our confidence and self-esteem takes hits from people who have battled with these things themselves. It’s wild how quickly we forget things.
We forget to play.
We forget that we are enough.
We forget how inherently funny we are.
We forget how to connect with one another.
We forget how to be fully present.
We forget how to listen.
I mean REALLY listen.
